How To Teach Your Kid To Have A Healthy Relationship With Food Even If You Struggled With Your Own Diet
Mommy and me: Making meals meaningful and memorable
Hi!
I'm Megan and I've created this workshop so that your kids can grow up with a strong foundation and a healthy relationship with food like I did. It is through perseverance and dedication that my mom was able to teach me how to love food from a young age... I want to share my lived experience with you! Not to mention, I love food and healthy eating so much I ended up a nutritionist!
This workshop is for you if:
- You are willing to put in the time and effort to change the way you behave and the things you say about food
- You will be open minded
- You are committed to putting in the work while your child is young in order to help with: picky eating, eating disorders, obesity and obesity related diseases
- You are wanting to support others by being in a positive space
This workshop is NOT for you if:
- You are not willing to change or try
- You are a negative voice within this community
- You are interested in promoting diet culture, shaming, magic pills or detox teas

“This Will Be The Greatest Learning You Do For Your Kids”
Why Do You Need This Workshop? And Why Is Now The Best Time To Join?
Expert Educator: Megan Lacoste has been working one-on-one with young women and moms for over 3 years. She will compress all the experience from coaching others like you as well as the knowledge from her bachelor of science in food, nutrition and health.
Meets Your Needs: We know you're busy! This is a two-hour workshop that condenses the most important and useful information. You will leave with tangible action steps that you can implement right away.
Diet Culture Is All Consuming: Even as a child who grew up without diet culture in the household, Megan still fell trap to diet culture. Unfortunately, there are many influences out in the world and as a thoughtful parent, there is only so much you can do. Thanks to a strong foundation, diet culture only made a brief appearance in her life.
Pass these habits and behaviours on to the next generation: We are all a role model to someone, you have more impact than you imagine.
Brooke N, Toddler Mom
This was my first workshop by Megan. I would reach out to her sometimes over social media asking questions about her feed. Megan is super knowledgeable and put me in the right direction with gaining a healthy relationship with food. Having a young son I took the Mommy and Me: Making Meals Meaningful and Memorable Workshop, Megan was great in delivering straight forward knowledge and facts to help gain confidence in making the right food choices for my child.
Anyone struggling with food - adult, child, the non-eater, Reach out to Megan!"

It's a good flexible plan. All the recipes I've made so far were easy and quick so I'll definitely keep them for the future.
