Is it Taco Tuesday yet?

IMG_3306.jpg

Alright, there’s no need to wait for Tuesday. I have my Spicy Turkey Taco Salad recipe coming at you right now! First of all, I want to say that this dish is really easy and will please a diverse crowd. Trying to convince someone to eat more veggies? Start with this salad that includes lean protein, a familiar fiesta flavor and that crunch factor we all crave.

In the recipe below I mention you can use a package of seasoning mix or make a homemade version, I highly recommend trying to make it yourself. It's great to know all the ingredients first hand and that way you can adjust for personal preference. Honestly, I haven't gotten to this step yet but it's definitely on my mind! And, when I do, I'm going to try this recipe from A Mind Full Mom.
